My Approach
I recognize that reaching out for support can be uncomfortable, and I aim to provide a warm environment in which clients feel empowered to share their past and present experiences. Through non-judgmental, empathic listening, I form a collaborative relationship to help clients recognize behaviors and patterns that inhibit their growth and identify actions that move them towards healing and healthy functioning. I am dedicated to a clinical approach rooted in relational and psychodynamic modalities.
I hold a Masters degree from Fordham University and am currently completing a post-graduate Psychodynamic Psychotherapy program at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.
Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, identity, quarterlife confusion, ADHD, caregiver stress, and dating and relationships.
I am also passionate about supporting queer and gender expansive people and their unique experiences. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages, and I see individuals and couples.
